Return and Refund Policy
At Nilesh Engineers, we are committed to providing high-quality products to meet the needs of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a transparent and easy-to-understand Return and Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return for products under the following conditions:
- The product must have been purchased directly from Nilesh Engineers.
- The return request must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
- Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made machines or parts.
- Products purchased on clearance or during special promotional sales.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Provide your order details, including your order number, purchase date, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
4. Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is in good condition and complies with our return policy, we will approve the return and process your refund.
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
- Deductions: If the returned product shows signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item as per our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, once the product is returned to us.
8. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting our support team at sales@nileshengineers.net.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and will need to be returned as per our return process.
